Great location to the beach, I only had one chance to go in as weather was windy so beach had a red flag. The THB Gran Playa’s spacious and light rooms all have free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The waiters, ladies at the reception, barmans were just so kind and friendly to us. At the centre of the hotel is the outdoor pool, which is flanked by sun loungers and h as a delightful backdrop of Mediterranean flora. There was a great variety of food: always 1 or 2 types of fish, 2 types of meat, amazing cheeses for dinner, veggies, sometimes seafood... Nice desserts as well. The only con was the lack of free drinking water in bottles - they could give us water only in glasses, so we had to buy the bottles in Spar nearby. A modern adults-only hotel, the 4-star THB Gran Playa is found in Ca’n Picafort on Mallorca’s north coast. Found the local area to be very nice and very local and spent some lovely hours speaking Spanish and enjoying the local cafes and restaurants for coffee and ice creams.
