Do you see what's wrong here? Both canary and Tsubone refer to Alluka as she as well. Alluka Zoldyck is a transgender character from Hunter x Hunter. You could certainly say "well maybe he changed his mind", but there's no indication that this is the case and so you bringing it up is an obvious reach.Here's the thing - I do agree with you on some points. I trust we can be unbiased in the selection of the material, since it's not left up to a single person. Gender: Born as a male but seemingly identifies as a female. My statement here is that there is no conclusion to be reached from debating over Alluka's personal pronoun, other than that it indicates a desire to be viewed as feminine. So please, listen to what we're saying. And again you ignore all of my rebuttals in favor of calling me a Bad Transgender Person who is to blame for other people not liking transgender people. You've already said it in everything but the actual words - you hate transgender people and want us to just go away forever. Genderless pronouns are the most appropriate, for the moment.

One of us may be right or wrong, but one thing does not make one stupid or smart. Transpinestwins makes a good analagy and explains it quite well. Anyone who goes against their biological gender is trans. It's important to retain the already-existing section about Alluka's gender and "biological sex" and state the intuitive explanation for the discrepancy (something like "It is implied by this that Alluka is a transgender girl.").

Maybe I wasn't trying to reject what I said I had accepted, simply to use a pronoun that seemed better suited to the contest. Hating the idea of someone being trans is the same thing as hating trans people. Would the word of Viz (official English translators for the series) be considered an acceptable source? "Jibun" is actually almost never used in first-person sense to refer to oneself. Actual text trumps side-materials. We have seen Togashi's new illustration: the manga might restart soon.

I'm simply here to discuss the important topic of gender identity and its presence in fictional media, which has a major connection to reality. And thank you very much, but I managed to get it to work now - I'm not sure what was going on before (I'm not on a mobile device either), but whatever happened seems to be fixed! Even if Alluka has male reproductive organs, that does not mean she's a boy. because it seems like you're waiting for Togashi to prove that Alluka is *biologically* a girl, which she is not.
HunterxHunter wiki should jump on that bandwagon already. Even if he said so long ago (how the hell can someone forget the gender of his characters? However many gay men are basically force to do this in order to feel safe again the same goes for intersex and transgender people. In that one, you're gonna have to take my word (and a Japanese forum post with a transcript) for it. A boy could use that in reference to himself. Disclaimer: I'm fine with the gender-neutral page as it is now and these are merely my suggestions.
