7x11 (ITA) The Chi. Terrific characters that are so well-developed, it's hard to adjust to some of the murders, but it makes sense for the plot-lines and the realistic nature of the drug trade. The obese white cops, the cynicism, add one tough lesbian cop, check off one homosexual relationship and you've got a image of an America in the Twilight Zone.
