There are quite a bit of stairs and no elevator so keep that in mind... problem is the no AC and during August this was an issue. Loud barking dog in the room across the hall, owners had left it in the room while they were out. Only downside was the steak we ordered and after many years of visiting France , we should have known better as it is extremely difficult to find a good steak ,as there are so many great dishes to enjoy . These were also excellent. I would recommend staying here in the cooler months but avoid in peak summer as just too hot in the room... facilities of the main hotel - the impeccable service in the Gordon Bennett, we also ate in the bistro style restaurant in the hotel which was very good.
