We also got to spend a few minutes with the puppies. We were out for a solid hour, switching drivers at the halfway point. The localisation is good and quiet with a very nice view on the St Laurent. Beds were highly unconfortable. You can tell the workers take good care of the dogs and the dogs really enjoy their work (whenever we stopped, they started whining, ready to go again).

But the welcoming and the atmosphere at this hotel were awful! Half the group started with snowmobiling. Interior was OK and divided in three sections. Mainly aboriginal themed...but being from Quebec, all of it seemed tacky and wrong. It started off with suiting up (they provide snow suits & boots).
The room was small, no conditioning (it was July), the bed was a creaky double bed and the bathroom had no soap or dresser to put toiletries. Would never stay there again!Came for dog sledding & snowmobiling. We read mixed reviews but decided to give it a try. We really had a great time and for sure we'll be back!My daughter, Anna and I had a marvelous time. The fruits were the opposit of fresh and started to tast like garbage, not joking!!! We will recomend it! I wanted a welcoming bed and breakfast while we were in Quebec City and Ile d'Orleans seemed perfect based on previous experiences.

We were there 2 days and never saw saw an owner, Our breakfasts consisted of bottled orange juice, an orange, not very good coffee and a scone.The server was an old lady who also was the housekeeper, did not speak English, had a smoker's cough and was no help in either English or French.
