The December 2019 experience (2 studios for 5 adults) , for 1 week, was one of the worst travel experiences: 1) the first studio , upon arrival, had a strong dirty toilet smell...which we reported at once and the studio was changed to another (studio 418); 2) the new studio allocated had not been cleaned properly: dusty, dirty dishes, animal hair on the floor; 3) the flooring , near the bathroom, was badly damaged; 4) fitness centre: 3 of the 5 machines worked & over the week, trying to exercise from 0730 to 0800, there was not a single towel available. The room was very spacious and I didn't feel it lacked anything in particular. Easier to adjust with jet lag and well located with friendly staffs and good breakfast. All rights reserved.
