We recently stayed at this hotel on two occasions, travelling to and from the maritimes from Ontario. There were many local restaurants within walking distance. We hope we can see you again very soon. Meal was good and reasonably priced, which made for an enjoyable meal. We drove over 750kilometers the next day to get home. Price was a little steep for the room I had but that was minor. The staff explained all of the services that were available and what times were open for the pool and gym. It is always a pleasure to welcome you here and we are pleased to read you everytime. Well on the third night there was another massive prom party. appreciate that we didn't ear anything from the chrismast party that was on near the lobby so could sleep in a quiet place.
Very professional and dedicated people plus excellent food and installation, also plenty of parking space and restaurants around the hotel. Second time staying here.
Conveniently close to the highway. And did I mention the heated swimming pool, solarium, and fast wi-fi connection? Our room had patio doors to outside, and the car parked right outside the doors. I would stay here again when passing through Drummondville. We hope we can see you again soon! The staff here were all very friendly and very helpful. There was a very heavy rainfall the night we arrived, the catch basins over-flowed and we took the children out of the pool because the drains overflowed. Would definitely stay again. There is no included breakfast and the price of the hotel is certainly not in the budget category. Restaurant is phenomenal, rooms are comfy and clean, and a good nights sleep is always guaranteed. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked a few questions while checking in about breakfast, but the girl at the front desk didn't really know too much about it. We do have a direct phone number. This is really kind. I ate breakfast and lunch at the hôtel and service was excellent and fast. Easily accessible from Route 20, the hotel does not have the usual BW facade, but the staff and amenities are certainly up to standard. It's always a pleasure for us to see our guest having an enjoyable stay. Overall, this is a nice clean hotel but it turned out to be more expensive than I had expected. A great place to stop if you are traveling through Quebec and wish to avoid Montreal and Quebec City hotels. I had shown the reception the confirmation letter I had showing it was a standard room but was told it was all they had for the week. I went with my sister and her husband so we went shopping and relaxe at the swimming pool , we had a great time thanks Stayed here one night with my 95 year old father. The room was nice and the pool area looked nice, although I didn't get a chance to use it.
